Email automation in Oracle Cloud with AI feature

We have many emails which we are looking for some AI feature to read and create auto reply. There are third party sw company which provides similar feature. I was wondering if anyone has implemented this in their organization with any standard Oracle tools or technologies? Or, do Oracle has any future road map for this automation. This will really save a lots of manpower for any organization
