Talent Review- Suggestions for creating Talent review without Performance ratings
Summary:
In our current Talent review meetings, we use Performance/Potential ratings as the primary option and Risk of Loss/Impact of Loss as the secondary option. However, our business client now requires us to unlink Performance ratings from Talent reviews and the 9-box dashboard.
Could you please provide some suggestions on what ratings other companies use for Talent review meetings? Additionally, is it advisable to exclude Performance Ratings when conducting talent reviews?
