unable to find the table which stores the approver details for fusion bpm nor rest api, please help

We are unable to find REST API or fusion table to extract the approval rules and the approver details. Below is the more details
Would like to extract Approval Rule names and approvers are configured on same from fusion tables, however, we didn't find any table to extract the Approval Rule name (BPM Rule Names - Process names).
Ex, process names like in Transaction Consol
