How to use rate component with same name in different salary basis. Formulas are different.

The requirement is to create multiple salary basis(based on rates). However, in each salary basis, some of the components are same by name such as Special allowances, but formulas in the rate definition is different. How to configure that.

I understand that there can't be 2 rate definitions with same name.
