How to mass-populate the calibration status value

We would like to be able to use the calibration locking mechanism introduced with 23D (refer to the links below) to allow managers to update their feedback comments according to the calibration discussion outcome

For this, we need to be able to mass-populate the "calibration status" value for all the employees in the calibration compensation plan to "In Review", while calibration phase is ongoing and then change it to "Complete" after calibration phase is over.
