Milestones are not reflecting on Service Request page- Redwood HR Helpdesk

Summary:

Milestones are not reflecting on Service Request page for Redwood HR Help Desk .

We have configured following,

1.Manage Service Milestone Configuration for HR Help Desk Requests

2.Manage Availability

3.Manage Standard Coverage

4.Enable Manage Service Entitlements Using Subscription Coverages

5.Manage Default Coverage

However, still we cant see milestones on SR page. Please help.
