Is it possible to create custom field view colors on Account overview tap ?

Hi,

Is it possible to add custom field with data type (Formula) on Account page and make it preview certain colors depending on other field value ?

For example when the other field value is yes our custom field will preview green and red if no.

Note: Accounts object in oracle sales cloud.
