Renaming Address Purposes Checkbox in Next Gen Supplier Self-Service Registration

I've been following the training documents and understand that one of the key features is the ability to default and rename fields. I've seen references to a "user interface text tool" but am unsure how to use it to rename fields like address purpose.
I've tried searching the Oracle documentation and community forums but haven't found a clear explanation. If anyone has experience with this feature and can provide guidance, I'd be very grateful.
