Approve/Reject button not there on Approval email notifications

Summary:

Some recruiters are unable to approve or reject job requisitions and offers from email notifications because they cannot see the Approve and Reject buttons.

Note: This issue is new, as they were previously able to perform these actions via email. Currently, they are approving or rejecting these items from their worklist.
