Cash advance returned for Company

Hi Specialist

When a cash advance is created, and there is a balance to be returned by the employee to the company, what is the best scenario recommended by Oracle, without the need to close the advance and manually adjust the accounting?

We didn't want to use this solution ( https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/585946/exm-cash-advance-unused-amount-closing-a-cash-advance?utm_source=community-search&utm_medium=organic-search&utm_term=Cash+advance+returned+for+Comp)

, because I understand that there should be a process for this.

Here we create an expense item (bank account) and then the employee creates a reimbursement by selecting this item, but since it is not always an expense account, it ends up being included in the CVR.

Howdy, Stranger!
