Restricting Drivers from Accessing Field Service Application While Driving

Is there a way to restrict drivers from accessing the Field Service application while they are driving? This is a safety concern, and we want to ensure that the app cannot be used when the vehicle is in motion.

Has anyone implemented a solution for this, or are there any built-in features that can help enforce such a restriction?
