Salary Range not Displaying

Summary:

We have some associates in our system where the salary range is not displaying in Compensation Info or in Change Salary page. I have checked the salary basis, salary range differentials, grade rate configurations - all look to be complete. I also ran the Generate Comp Zone and address mapping process but the issue still persists. What else should I be checking?
