Adaptive Search task getting into error

Hi,

Randomly in our environment Adaptive serach tasks gets into error and in result of that we unable to search any accounts or work orders data specifically on Redwood UI. and after few hours it gets automatically fixed and suceeded the job.

Any one else ever get into the same error.
