Freezing/Restriction of budgets uploaded to GL

Hi All,

Do we have any workaround available to freeze the budget or to restrict users from mistakenly uploading the budgets to GL for the respective budget scenarios. In Budgetary control we can freeze the budget. Likewise are there any options available for GL Budgets.
