I am seeking assistance on how to create Autocomplete Rules in Oracle HCM to ensure that the Worker Assignment Work Measure.Calculate FTE and Headcount Automatically field is disabled by default.

What is the proper syntax or method to create an Autocomplete Rule that sets the Calculate FTE and Headcount Automatically field to "No" by default?
