Local and Global Transfer Action Redwood Enabled?

Hi all,
I have a question regarding the Local and Global Transfer quick action: is the quick action enabled in Redwood? By enabling this profile option ORA_PER_EMPL_LGT_REDWOOD_ENABLED we can see the action in Redwood but in the oracle documentation of 24C there is no reference to this action.
