Here are some tips and tricks on getting Forecasting by Opportunity Revenue rolling up the territory hierarchy working

• As an administrator navigate to Redwood Sales —> My Forecasts and select Configure Forecasting under Actions
• Select the Forecast type to Opportunity Revenue rolling up the Territory Hierarchy
• Continue through the other steps, make any appropriate selection and Submit
• We have a known bug which will submit two Generate Sales Forecast Metrics processes. Please confirm both processes complete. One may error (due to a conflict with the other process) and then automatically retry.
