Has anyone seen the message 'Target Unreachable, 'null' returned null' during Enrollment?
Summary:
People are getting this message (seemingly randomly) as we are testing out Open Enrollment.
You can click OK through it and enrollment continues fine. Just wondering what could be causing it. We are going to get questions if this keeps happening.
This particular instance below happened when the user clicked on their spouse to designate the dependent on their medical plan. They then clicked OK, designated the spouse and clicked OK and Continue without further issues.
