Issue importing XML file for Workforce Compensation Plan

Summary:

Hi Team,

We are trying to migrate plan via export and import functionality but the plan is not gettign imported.

We are getting error that Plan already exist but when we search the plan is not there in Workforce compensation plan list.

Please let me know if any else has encountered same issue and is there a solution to it.
