OMP Job Posting Apply Button Greyed Out – Hiring Manager Link

Hi All,

We have created a job requisition with the option to allow internal candidates to apply without posting. Since transitioning to Redwood OMP, the job requisition link sent to the hiring manager, once opened by the candidate has the “apply button” greyed out. The external career site link is working fine however the target audience is internal.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The job requisition has the “Allow Candidates to Apply When Not Posted” option selected and not posted internally / externally. Previously, recruiters could preview the requisition and send the link to a hiring manager, who could then share it with a select internal audience (Expression of Interest within a team). Is this functionality no longer available since the move to OMP Redwood?
