Smartform based approval

Summary:

We've Req approvals based on different criteria → Category, Requester Job, BU, Amount.

now we would like to have a smart form based approval - If the requisition is from particular smart form then it has to XX approval & system should not route it for other approvals (above criteria 's).

Is it possible to achieve this requirement by ignoring all the other rules in simple way rather than updating existing 1000 approval rules.
