Automated process from Taleo to UKG PRO

Summary:

We seek an automated process to get these Taleo fields to UKG Pro.

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We are trying to remove the manual New Hire Employee Action Form (EAF).

Right now, Taleo is feeding some fields into UKG Onboarding. However, UKG Onboarding does not accept all the needed fields. Any fields it does not accept are moved into the EAF report.

Currently, we are extracting the report from Taleo, then emailing it to HR, and finally entering the data into UKG Pro manually.

Below are the fields that we would like to automate.

1. Candidate ID
