How to Edit the default on Work Requirements from the Job Requisition

We are attempting to remove the default value from "Yes" to "No" on Work Requirements from the job requisition. Typically we use a template or a position as a new requisition. I have tried to use page composer and auto complete as well with no success. Can someone please let me know if this is possible? Based on the below article It can be done on a job-based req.
