To ensure that questions get required attention from community members and are NOT left unanswered, it’s important for the author to indicate (by selecting “Yes” or “No” when prompted) whether the question was answered.

"Permission is required to view this content" in ESS> Employment info - Seniority Date section
In ME > Employment Info, the employee have this message
"Permission is required to view this content.Please contact your help desk to get access."
Even though he have the privilege :
Populate Seniority Dates → PER_POPULATE_SENIORITY_DATES_PRIV
View Seniority Dates → PER_VIEW_SENIORITY_DATES_PRIV
The employee does have access to the details from the Seniority Dates quick action and can view the details
From ESS > Employment Info
From Employment Info > Seniority Dates action
From Responsive UI - Me > My Public Info > Employment Info
