Print Receivables Transactions not sending print job to printer

When we run the Print Receivables Transactions process, we select a Printer output. The process ends and we can see output, but a print job is never created to send the output to our IPP printer. We know the printer is configured properly because other Scheduled processes such as Expense Reports and Pick Slips print successfully. Is there a specific parameter in Receivables that controls whether an invoice can be printed?
