hide add button in Me > Career and Performance > Goals and not anywhere else

Hi all,

I am trying to hide the add button in Me > Career and Performance > Goals, but making any changes to that button affects where it appears everywhere else such as My Team > Performance Overview and other areas. I don't want the changes I make in Me > Career and Performance > Goals to affect all other pages.

How do I accomplish that?

I should add that I am using a sandbox and using the page composer tool
