Workforce Compensation : Plan Configuration

We have employees from 5 different countries and want to set one global plan for all the location with Corporate currency as AED . while switching the currency between corporate and local currency , only standard dynamic columns in the compensation allocation sheet are Switching the values as per the selected currency . we want custom columns in sheet should also switch the value when we switch the currency 

Full used case

monetary is checked on but still we are not able to see the currency switch on user defined table .
May be i should explain you further on the requirement
Basically we want to use only 1 custom User defined column , in which we want the currency to switch between local currency and Corporate currency but here we have a catch 2023 Bonus we want to se in 2023 FX rate and 2024 in 2024 FX rate
