Contact Page Unresponsive In Next Generation Supplier Self Service Registration
Summary:
I’m experiencing an issue with the Next Generation Supplier Self-Service Registration. After entering data on the contact page, when I attempt to proceed to the next page, the application either hangs or becomes unresponsive. Additionally, if I go back to the contact page, it encounters the same problem.
I found an Oracle document stating that this is a known bug following the 24C release. While there is a workaround mentioned, I’m curious if there is an ongoing solution being developed for this issue.
Has anyone else faced this problem? Is there a long-term fix on the horizon that will help prevent this bug from occurring every time we register a supplier?
