creating workflow rule for each section in talent profile

Hi,
I have client that he has for each section within the talent profile a specific representative, i need to create a rule within the Approve Talent Profile Content within the approval rule
i have found a document

The content type code can be obtained from Manage Profile Content Types task
any advice please to create rule for Licenses and Certifications section from where i can get the code i try but found nothing
