How can we force the grade step rate synchronization to update future records / salary history?

Hello experts,

We have a future record created for Assignment Change last April 30, 2024 with the effective date of July 11, 2024. The salary here is 345674 and the step is Grade 6.

But on June 1, 2024, we reduced the salary in this grade ladder including Grade 6 that now has the salary of 330000, and the grade rate was synchronized for all the employees.

So, from 01-06-2024 to 10-07-2024 the salary was 330000, but the future dated assignment change didn’t get the updated salary of 330000, and retain the salary of 345674.

Is there a way where we can force the grade step rate synchronization to update future records / salary history?
