How to add additonal columns and generate it based on User perfered language in Comp Change Statment

Summary:

The employee has a Manager Type called "STIP Manager" in addition to their Line Manager. The STIP Manager is not part of the Compensation Hierarchy. We need to deliver the Payout Letter with the name and job title of the STIP Manager. Is it possible to modify the standard data model to include these details in the Payout Letter RTF and deliver this letter using the Change Statement functionality?

I have attached two RTF files—one in English and one in French—within the Compensation Change Statement. Based on the employee's language preference, the PDF should be generated in the appropriate language.
