    Hi Team,

    Greetings!

    We are observing an issue with the payroll flows (which submit extract) ending without processing any record and there is no sub-process is found to be submitted for the flow instance.

    I believe this issue happens in case of memory issue and/or if the process keeps running long time and gets into timeout issue.

    But, is that the correct reason? Does anyone know the exact root cause for such behavior on payroll flow and what is the remedial action?
