Missing add button when adding an interview time slot to a hiring team managed template

Summary:

When attempting to create an interview for a requisition that is hiring team managed, the add button is not appearing upon attempting to add a time to the schedule. I cannot publish the interview schedule to use it on a specific user without choosing the timeslot on the interview schedule template.

I attempted to add a slot during the req statuses of:

• job formatting - in progress
• open - sourcing
• open - posted

At no point was the add button enabled.

I am using the OOTB recruiter role with view all access. Do I need to add permissions to the role?
