Is it possible to generate different application links for jobs based on Location?

Summary:

Our company currently uses Opportunity Marketplace for internal candidates to search for open positions. When they select a position they are given the "Apply" option which takes them to an internal application flow. However we are testing out having the hiring process for positions in certain states handled by an external vendor. Is there a way to set up the Opp. Marketplace so for certain positions based on their location the Apply button would send them to the external site, and the rest would continue to use the internal application site?
