Redwood Enabled Pages Not Showing

Summary:

I have enabled the Redwood pages for Contact Info, Emergency Info, and Identification Info. These tiles are not appearing when I go to Me> Personal Info page. I have checked in Sandbox> Structures and they are set to visible.
