OIC Gen3 integrationInstance query param issue

Summary:

Rest adapter runtime is adding additional duplicate query param along with the mapped one.

integrationInstance query param assigned outside for-each loop is appending to the integrationInstance inside for-each. In the error, can see 2 integrationInstance query params. Is this a known issue or is there a workaround to clear the query param var before each iteration? (I'm dynamically fetching the integrationInstance from lookup based on the scope required and passing in query param. Passing dynamic Base URL in connectivity properties)
