DFF in information Template which will then be used for requisition

Hello,

Aim of the setup : Make Purchase Agreement Number, Agreement Total Amount and Released Amount appear on requisition home screen.

To achieve the above I am trying to add a DFF in information template which displays the release amount for purchase agreement

I then want to use the information template to draft purchase requisitions.

I want to derive the value set for the DFF using tables but I am not sure what to put in the where clause.

Can you please help me to draft the value set.
