Trigger for Salesforce Integration App - Imports

Dear Team,

It is said that the "Oracle CX Sales App - Imports" feature runs every 15 minutes but only imports for records with new activities.

Does this same condition of "new activities" also apply to the "Salesforce Integration - Imports" feature?

In other words, if no new activities occur, will there be no import?
