Multiple Requisition Business Unit vs One inventory organization

Summary:

Our client has multiple business unit (e.g. BU Alpha, BU Beta, BU Charlie ) and will be setup as the requisition business unit for their procurement process, while for inventory there will only be a designated business unit (e.g. BU Alpha) who responsible for manage the inventory for whole company. Understand in the setup configuring requisitioning business unit we have to default IO and the IO's business unit must be the same with requisitioning BU, hence we have tried to create dummy IO and try to use BU Alpha as the IO while raising a PR for the rest
