Page composer for PR Redwood page using Sandbox

We have a requirement on keeping Requested Delivery Date as mandatory and non-editable field for PR in Responsive self-service procurement page.

We have enabled the Responsive self-service procurement page, and we tried enabling Page composer via sandbox to make Requested Delivery date as mandatory and non-editable field PR creation page we can't able to edit the page using Page composer feature which is a functionality of sandbox.

Upon selecting the option Page composer, system is not popping the dock menu which has select, structure options where we can edit the page. Kindly assist us in this situation.
