How to add Individual compensation access card for direct reports in case of role delegation ?
Summary:
We have a requirement to provide option for line manager to delegate one separate Line Manager(delegate) role to add individual compensations only for their direct reports. Line manager can delegate this role to any employee irrespective of their existing roles.
When Line manager transfer this delegate role to an user with employee only role then it is not giving access to individual compensation.
But when line manager transfer this delegate role to an User with line manager role then he can add individual compensation for his direct report.
Can any one help what roles and privileges required to access individual compensation in a delegated custom role?
