HCM: Skills and Qualifications - Completed and in-progress qualifications with date conditions

Hello everyone,

I hope I placed this question in the correct Category. I’m seeking clarification on the Skills and Qualifications screen in Oracle Cloud HCM. Is it possible to set up the system for the employee (Me) and HR (My Client Groups) to capture completed qualifications, requiring a mandatory completion/award date, while also allowing for the entry of in-progress qualifications without entering a completion/award date?

Can this setup be achieved without customisations? I would appreciate any insights or experiences you can share.
