OCI: OPC User Login Fails with Error “User opc not allowed because account is locked”

Symptoms:
OPC user login fails with error server refused our key
/var/log/secure log shows error below:

Cause:
'UsePAM no
' is configured in /etc/ssh/sshd_config
file. It is not supported in Oracle Linux and may cause several problems.
