Recruiting- How segregate candidates based on BU?

Hi
as anticipated, with the 24C release it would have been possible to define data security based on roles for candidate search.

When we create the security profile the available fields do not seem different from those present before the 24C release. Can anyone help me or have already profaned this segregation?
