Can a competency assessment sit outside of the performance module?

Summary:

We have a need to run competency assessments within Oracle, but not within the performance process and/or the performance module. Is it possible to create an assessment via questionnaire and the outputs or competency scores can be added to the employee's talent profile?

  • Assessment needs to be available to be launched at any time (similar to Any Time Feedback)
  • Assessment can be launched by the employee or their manager
  • Employee conducts the self-assessment, manager completes assessment of the employee, and results are providing showing the scores from employee and manager, highlighting where there are gaps between their ratings
