RSSP make project required based on item category

Summary:

We have a requirement to make the requisition fields required when the user selects certain item categories on the RSSP page.

When I go to VB Studio, I can see the project fields under Requisition Distributions - Edit, but you notice that the required fields are not visible at all, so no way to write those types of business rules.

Is this a bug, a planned enhancement or would this be considered a idea?

Does anyone else have this requirement and have another option to achieve the requirement to stop users from submitting requisitions for certain item categories without Project information?
