Customer had a requirement as they are using MS teams, the phase and state is not automatically moving from 'Interview to be Scheduled' to 'Interview Scheduled' once interview is scheduled.

Referred to below document ID, but is the schedule process 'Perform Recruiting Candidate Selection Process Actions' is only for status change of 'Interview to be Scheduled' to 'Interview Scheduled' or for any other status changes, the impact information is not clear. Please suggest accordingly.
