Expense report display in Travel and Expense page

Summary:

To keep employee expense report visible for maximum time to themselves as currently available for 3 months this will help to refer or duplicate the report in future and also helps to reduce similar type of queries.

Please advise if there is any setup to accomplish the above requirement. Thanks.
