How to override Manudfacturing item lead Time

Hi,

In the work definition, we provided a lead time of 1 day to produce, but the actual process takes 3 days to complete. Therefore, our planning module shouldsuggest the actual time instead of the work definition lead time. Is there any possible way to override the lead time.
