FAH data splitted during import to GL

We have FAH data coming to GL.

IN FAH subledger, we have additional balancing lines. when this FAH single batch is transferred to GL, Two different journals are created during import to GL (segregated based on entry lines and balancing lines) and but of them unabalanced causing import failure due to balancing.

Please note, FAH subledger batch was balanced and completed in final mode. but during import its splitted and causing issue.

Looking for some suggestion to fix this altogether.
